Frequently Asked Questions

  1. To contact the Miravista Administration Office email miravistabuilding@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name, unit            number, and phone number on all correspondence.

 

  2. The on-site Miravista Administration Office is located in the Amenities Room beside the swimming pool. The Office is open             on Saturday mornings from 9am to noon or by appointment. 

 

  3. The Strata Corporation is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Common Property. No in-suite maintenance is            provided by the Strata.

 

  4. Homeowners manage all their own insuite repairs and are responsible for managing their own tenants. Tenants contact                 their landlord/homeowner for insuite repairs. 

  5. The Strata Corporation is responsible for changing chirping smoke detector batteries or replacing smoke detectors when                they age out.  

  6. If you lose your door fob or garage opener please contact the Miravista Office immediately to have your devices deactivated          without delay.

  7. Fobs and garage door openers can be purchased at the on-site Adminstration Office. Homeowners send an email to                        miravistabuilding@gmail.com to authorize tenants to purchase additional devices. Door fobs $50 and Garage Openers $100

  8. The Seller or Landlord for your Unit has the Enterphone, Parking Stall, Mail Box, and Storage Locker numbers. 

  9. The Lobby Enterphone is programmed to your cell phone with a primary and secondary phone number. When your cell                  phone rings from the Lobby dialer, press 9 to open the Lobby door for your visitor.  

10. Furnace filters are available at the nearby Home Hardware at Hwy 97 and Brown Rd. They are size 18" x18" x 1" and also 

      available on Amazon. 

11. When moving in remember to bring a lock to secure your storage locker. No items may be stored on top of or outside of

     your storage locker. 

12. If you are connecting to Telus for your TV and Internet service the key to to the Strata Electrical Room is kept at their office

      in West Kelowna. The Technicians know the location of that room but will need you to fob them through the hallway at

     Parkade level. 

13. There is a bylaw requiring Alteration Approvals prior to flooring changes and multiple other alterations. Please contact the

      the office by email for an application package.
