About Miravista
Miravista is comprised of four wood frame buildings each four storeys tall with 56 units per building and one Guest Suite in Building 1. Buildings 1 & 2 in Phase 1 are located on Brown Rd and were built in 2008. Buildings 3 & 4 in Phase 2 were built in 2009 and face onto Old Okanagan Road. Building heating and cooling is provided by natural gas boilers and chillers and each individual suite has it's own hydronic fan coil air handler with the necessary system compatible thermostat. Heating, cooling, and water is included in the strata fees. Residents pay for two utilities. Their own electric usage to BC Hydro and quarterly sewage service to the City of West Kelowna.

The strata is situated adjacent to Agricultural Land Reserve with neighbours including a cidery and a winery. Brown Rd and Old Okanagan Hwy are "no through roads" on a quiet residential hillside in West Kelowna. Just down the road on Old Okanagan is the Johnson Bentley Swimming Pool and a new City Hall and library are under construction.
Just a short few blocks walk from Miravista is the vibrant community of West Kelowna town centre. There you will find small local specialty shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants with fine dining, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a cinema, a Medical Lab and an Xray Service. Some units at Miravista have sweeping views of Okanagan Lake which is a 20 minute walk away or easy 5 minutes to the lake by car.

Each unit at Miravista is individually owned. Some Homeowners do rent out their own units and manage their own tenants. If you are interested in purchasing at Miravista check with your Real Estate agent. Occasionally advertisements for rental units may be found through private classified listings at Castanet, Kijiji, or Craig's List.
