The Guest Suite

The guest suite is located on the ground floor of Building 1 at 3833 Brown Road. Use of the one guest suite is only for guests of homeowners and tenants. Pets are not permitted.
Room reservations are accepted three months in advance of the date of arrival. The maximum stay
is seven nights per booking. The minimum length of stay is two nights. The Guest Suite calendar is updated when reservations are confirmed.

RATE:
First night $70.00 then $40.00 per night
thereafter to a maximum of seven nights
PAYMENT:
To reserve the room a non-rerfundable $70 payment for the first night accommodation is required at the time of booking.​​​ Payment of the balance in full is required 5 days prior to check-in. Payable deposit and balance is e-transferred to
Cancellations after the first night are refunded at 50% of balance payment.

linens including pillows, towels, sheets, blankets, children's sleeping mattress and your own and toilet paper
