Miravista Strata is located in beautiful West Kelowna, BC. The 224 condo units are privately owned suites in four woodframe buildings, some with sweeeping views of Lake Okanagan or mountain views of Mission Hill Winery.

 

Buildings 1 and 2 are in Phase One on Brown Road, built in 2008, and Buildings 3 and 4 are in Phase Two on Old Okanagan Highway, built in 2009. Both are no through roads adjacent to a vineyard with tasting room, a cidery, and nearby walking trails. The condos are within easy walking distance of just two to three blocks from shops and restaurants, a community swimming pool, and a new city hall and library presently under construction.

The condo complex is comprised of suites with one bedroom and den, and two bedroom suites, some with dens. There is indoor heated parking, with an outdoor swimming pool, a year round hot tub, one studio style guest suite, and an amenities room with an on-site Administration Office that is open on Saturday mornings and by appointment.

Heating and cooling to the buildings is provided by boilers and

chillers and each suite has its own hydronic fancoil air handler. Strata fees include heating, cooling, and water, waste and recycling removal, landscaping, and snow removal. Owners are responsible for their own  

electricity through BC Hydro and sewer fees through payment to the City of West Kelowna.

Property Management is provided by Pacific Quorum Okanagan Properties, Elizabeth Westerveld, Senior Property Manager. The day to day site operations of the strata common property are supervised by

the strata council who act on behalf of the homeowners. The council has up to seven volunteer members that are elected at the Annual General Meeting every October.

 

Miravista KAS3488 is governed by the BC Strata Property Act and the Miravista Bylaws and Rules. ​
